"This place provides convenient access to the "Mixing Bowl" area of Sunday River based at South Ridge Lodge. Ski-on to Double Dipper and get to the Chondola and Ski-off from Dream Maker that drops you off right at the condo. The views from the all rooms overlook the ski slope and lifts. This unit has a nice modern feel and is properly equipped for eating in and/or cooking a meal. I do have to mention our surprise when we first walked in at the HUGE TV that is provided. When the weather got cold a couple of nights, the propane fireplace made it cozy.This unit made our ski vacation perfect! I really do appreciate our PM, Julia for always responding to our questions, even after business hours. I really didn't expect that. I would recommend the Property amenities be updated to include on-site laundry facilities. We will be looking for this condo the next time we come to Sunday River!"

"The unit was not very clean and very dark in every room-lighting was terrible. Master bedroom sheets were pilled and one of the twin beds in the other room was uncomfortable. The toilet was so low to the ground-it seemed to be designed for young kids. The building had a funky smell to it, especially in the basement where the skiis were stored. It was a bummer we could only park one car in the lot when there was plenty of empty spaces. For what we paid for the week, we expected the unit to be much cleaner and updated! That being said, we had a great time skiing and it was very nice being able to ski in/ski out. Definited would not stay in that unit again. "

"fabulous house! Gorgeous views. VERY accommodating (bathrooms, bedrooms) great area downstairs with a bar, tv, hangout area, shuffleboard. Hot tub which is wonderful especially after a day of skiing. The set up is so perfect, open kitchen and living area/dining space with a fireplace. 15 minutes to Sunday River mountain and a VERY easy 40 min drive to Black Mountain (we did a day of tubing and had a blast!) Only suggestions would be to be aware that it is set up on a mountain having to drive up a steep narrow road, so in bad weather it can be difficult to get to if you don’t have 4wheel drive. This is the first rental I didn’t have paper towels/toilet paper/ extra items like zip lock bags, tin foil, dish pods, laundry pods.(things like that) NO big deal but just a heads up. Also, there’s PLENTY of firewood but there was not any newspaper/kindling/fire-starter supplies. Would definitely book again and planning on it for next season. "

Reviewer Comments: This unit was precisely as pictured and incredibly convenient to the pool, mountain (literally, took a few steps up the stairs, clicked in and was skiing). Kitchen was well stocked (despite previous review, there were tons of pots and pans!), everything was clean. Kids loved the pool access, mom and dad loved the easy access to the slopes and everyone loved that we had room to spread out.The company was very responsive (I had to ask about the locker downstairs) and available too! We will absolutely be back here."
