The Park itself has lots on offer for everyone to enjoy whether you decide to splash about in the indoor pool with the family, wine and dine in the fabulous Ranch House Bar or choose to simply sit back and relax in your quality accommodation whilst watching the red kites soar across the rolling countryside.. The park will not accept same sex parties or work groups under any circumstance.  
  
Please note: There will be no facilities open between 21st February- 25th March 2022 and 1st November- 20th December 2022.  
  
The park is holding a music festival on the 25th August 2023 until the 27th August 2023, 5pm until midnight on the Friday, and then 12 midday until midnight on the Saturday and Sunday.  
  
If you are wanting to attend, the price of the ticket will be included in your stay.  
  
Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of Takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.  
  
It is strictly prohibited to charge electric vehicles from your accommodation. Only dedicated charging points may be used for charging your vehicle.  
  
As part of our check-in policy, a Security Deposit Bond is required—£100 for Caravans and £150 for Lodges—secured via pre-authorisation. Please note, this is not an immediate charge, but a temporary hold placed on your account to cover any potential damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning.  
  
Your accommodation will be carefully inspected upon check-out. Provided everything is in order, the full amount will be released promptly.
