« The property was very clean! Probably the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. Great things: Clean, very close to downtown Minocqua, nice deck, lots of wildlife in the yard, owner provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, plenty of towels, the dishes are all in great shape, the washer and dryer was great too! « Property was amazing! We enjoyed the lake view right outside the patio in the morning for coffee and in the evening as the sun set! Fishing off of the pier was plentiful! The property is well maintained and we enjoyed daily “deer filled” walks. The condo was very clean and beds were super comfy! All of the little touches were so appreciated and really made us feel welcome! It was a truly an up north getaway that left us felling relaxed and rejuvenated…which is what the Wisconsin North Woods...

« We had a lovely month-long stay and were impressed with how thoughtfully prepared the home is. It had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen since we cooked most days. The furniture was very comfortable. The bikes were a real bonus, as we explored the area and the Bearskin Trail, which goes right into downtown Minocqua. « As soon as we walked in and saw the view of the lake through the back windows we sighed and felt relaxed. We usually stay in Eagle River but decided to change things up and stayed in St Germain. This home is in such a serene location. Great place to kayak or hop on a wave runner or go fishing. The complex is quiet and neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook at home. Great coffee shops grocery store and of course ice cream shop just a few minutes...

« We rented both sides for our family. We all had enough room. The place was very nice and clean. The owners and property management were all very nice and super helpful. The place is on a busy street but we knew that when we booked. There were a few people who were coming to the pontoon cruises who were a little confused and came to our door instead, no biggie. « The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of paper products including toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There were areas of the house that could have been cleaned better. The kids enjoyed the lake swimming, kayaking, and fishing. They were able to catch fish right from the dock.
