The secure gated complex has 3 communal outdoor pools ( 1 with a disabled chairlift into the pool) , a padel court, children's play area, indoor Gym and outdoor sport machines. To use the paddle court or gym please book with the concierge. The complex is 1.5km to the beach and the town's facilities. The closest supermarket is 1km away. The apartment offers a parking space, vented aircon throughout and free WIFI.

This beautifully decorated and furnished apartment is located on the second floor with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The apartment consists of an open plan living space which leads out onto a large and spacious terrace. The terrace is furnished with two sofas, a dining table and chairs, two sun loungers and a gas BBQ. The lounge is furnished with a large L shaped sofa, a 65" Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and enjoys an ensuite shower room. The shower room is fitted with a walk in shower, double sinks and a bidet. The master bedroom has access to a partly covered terrace, shared with the two guest bedrooms, which enjoys a seating area with a sofa. The second bedroom also benefits from a king size bed and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and electric shutters. There is also a guest shower room.
