"We travel to Charleston every year, but this year we decided to stay a little further away from the city (approx. 35 minutes) and closer to my brother who lives in SC. The property was beautiful and in a very nice, well manicured neighborhood. No airport noise, very quiet, residential area. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the home is full of thoughtful touches. The hosts provided so many family friendly amenities at the property. We took my daughter and two grandbabies with us, and there were so many games for them, and they just loved the bunk beds. They also loved the Astronaut nightlight and the glowing swan (in the pool) at night. The house had kid friendly plates and cups and utensils, which we appreciated for the little ones. We enjoyed dinner on the screened-in porch after grilling and playing Ping Pong and Pac Man. It was also very thoughtful of the host to provide beach accessories (wagon, umbrellas, kids toys and chairs) since we like to visit Folly Beach every year. This is a great property for families. Thank you for your hospitality, Jacob."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Sophistication in the Park. The unit was clean, with everything you need: comfortable bedding (a big plus!!), nice view to enjoy from the deck, quiet neighborhood. Our host communicated well and in a quick manner for our arrival. Would stay again if we ever revisit Charleston."

"The space was clean and ideal for our needs. Everyone had more than enough room to spread out and get them selves together for the event we where attending. Anything we needed to tell our host went smooth and they where quick to respond. Only 25 min from downtown Charleston and close enough to grocery stores etc. to get whatever we needed quickly."
