Approx 11.8 miles & 15 minute drive to/from South Beach (depending on traffic). 20 minute drive to/from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Directly in the middle of all of the hot spots as far as driving. There is a lot of lighting in the home. Very open and spacious layout. Perfect space for conversation and relaxation. Great open kitchen for guests to enjoy. CAN FIT 16 ppl. Approx. 5 mins from Hard Rock Stadium. 2 mins from Top Golf. Super close to all major highways leading to South Beach, Aventura, Pembroke Lakes areas. Approx 12 miles & 15 min drive to/frm S. We enjoyed the heated pool as it was a bit chilly. The rooms were big and the living room very comfortable. The kitchen is really convenient so we could cook dinner and enjoy a home made breakfast. The owner is really responsive and nice. She always replied within a couple of minutes even on the 1st of january. We really appreciate her availability and kindness on checking on us regularly. Only 2 things could be improved, more chairs for the dining table and one of the room is on the remodeled garage and it is noisy with the water pump and heater. Our stay was perfect. We were able to focus more on spending time together and spent less time worrying about the little things. Also, Natalie was available to answer ALL of my questions from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this rental!
