My only (very minor) complaint was that the gate didn't close due to what looked like fresh gravel, so my preschooler had to stay closer to me in the yard. »

« I would have been nice to know the driveway was on a 45 degree angle. I have a wheelchair lift on the back of my car and was not able to access the drive way due to the clearance. Also the yard has not been mowed it a long time. »

« We enjoyed our time. The house is spacious. It’s close to the marina, you can hear live music from the deck. The driveway is steep- if you’re in a low riding car, perhaps go down the street and turn around first. There could be more deck/ dock seating or perhaps some loungers would be nice.
