We live in a townhouse in MD with a postage stamp back yard and have to rely on pee pads at home. At this property there was no problem for our 2...outside all the time! House was beautifully furnished and decorated. I cooked a full roast beef homemade mashed potatoes and fresh corn on the cob for 4 theday after we arrived. I was astounded at the kitchen utensils available! Evertything from a potato peeler to a masher! If I had wanted I could have used an electric mixer! Who furnishes a rental like this. We were 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from an incredible 2200 acre park where we could take our dogs every day for a nice long walk. They have over 24 miles of trails for walking and biking. We also loved the fenced in back yard. Plenty of room to play ball with the kids during our breaks from hiking and biking. We came to the area to bike the Virginia Creeper Trail and hike to The Channels. We also wanted to check out the towns of Damascus and Abingdon, which are darling. Ideally, we would have like to have stayed closer to those locations, however after staying in Bristol, we know that when we come back, we will be staying at this VRBO again. The fenced in back yard, close distance to Steele Creek Park and downtown Bristol definitely won us over. Plus, the rental was spacious, clean and very secure, with a lot of nice welcoming touches.
