A lot of the lifts in building were out of order, the room itself was not very clean (dirty floor and marks all over the windows and tv) and the queen bed slats are broken and being held up by a green crate under the bed so it falls in in the middle. The pool area was great and it’s very close to everything. For the price we paid it was sufficient enough for us, quite spacious. But it needs a proper clean, bed to be fixed and some proper quality products for the bathroom. However there were a few issues with the Apartment. The toilet seat was broken and wobbly, the overhead Fluro Light above the stove kept falling out (had just been taped up) and the Kitchen Utensils were VERY basic and cheap. Frustrating that the contact number went to an answer phone and they never replied. Finally figured out we had to go to the Sakura Cafe. Staff member was nice, if you leave your bags they secure them with bike locks, as they sit in the front of the shop. Room was okay - two things, bathroom sink extremely slow draining - needs attention, and the advertised large twin sofa bed was just a small 'leather' couch which converted. First night extremely cold for our grandchild to sleep on, requested another duvea to use under the bottom sheet which was provided without issue. Bed only suitable for one child. Washing machine and dryer were great, fridge seemed to be running hot - didn't use anything else. From car park entrance beware there’s 5 steps to the lift so would have to lift suitcases. Beds comfy but sofa was very saggy and not very comfortable to sit on. Aircon unit worked fine. Pool was good. They gave us only 2 towels . Toilet plush broken, not worth for money at all .
