Whether you're planning a family reunion, a friends' getaway, a romantic escape, or travelling for work this grand residence promises an unforgettable stay, unwind in spacious elegance. Comfortably sleeps 11 guests in 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

There are also several cafes and restaurants along the foreshore, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or a drink.  
  
Explore the shops and cafes in Elwood Village a delightful shopping strip with a mix of independent boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. You'll find everything from homewares and fashion to organic groceries and specialty coffee shops.  
  
The Elwood Canal along Ormodn Esplanade is a scenic spot for a walk or bike ride. You can also follow the path along the foreshore to Port Melbourne or St Kilda.  
  
Elwood is easily accessible by public transport. You can take the tram from the city center or the train from Flinders Street Station.  
  
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.  
  
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.  
  
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.  
  
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
