### CRANLEIGH - Beautiful modern home

Bright, well-lit home, sleeps 8, Linen included. Two bedrooms with Queen size beds, one with ensuite, third bedroom is a large kids bedroom with twin bunks. Family bathroom and spacious open living with kitchen, dining, lounge area all looking out of a stunning wall of glazed windows taking in the amazing mountain views.  
All mod cons in full kitchen, including dishwasher, wall oven, cook top and convection microwave. Large dining table comfortably seating 8 and an easily accessed large deck, with BBQ and outdoor seating. TV, DVD player and ample comfortable lounge seating. Quality fittings and fixtures throughout with the laundry containing a washing machine and clothes dryer.  
An ideal holiday home, child friendly, easy walk to shops, cafes and village attractions. This property also contains Ducted Heating/Cooling throughout.
