Family home in street of Melbourne Western suburb. The house is located in Sunshine central , close to train station, Melbourne Tullamarine Airport, city, bus stop in front of door, supermarkets, local cafes and restaurants.

A comfortable stay for groups who enjoys a convenient place and place away from the bustling city of Melbourne but also convenient travels to the CBD. Guests will have the ENTIRE accomodation to themselves.

Lots of iconic places of interest within hours drive. Geelong, Bacchus Marsh, Daylesford. Iconic Footscray park besides Maribyrnong river only 10 minutes away.
Close to Altona and Williamstown beach
Highpoint shopping centre only 12 minutes away

Walking into the house living room opened up to the kitchen and dining area. It is a nice and comfortable communal space with sofa,split system in the living room to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, fridge, oven, and all basic utensils.


There are three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2 queen bed and a single bed with trundle
Bedroom 3 double bed
Living room sofa / sofa bed turns into a queen bed.
Separate office/ workspace with double desk and swivel chair
Central Bathroom with bathtub and shower

Separate laundry with washing machine
Clothes line outside
Verandah with sitting bench and backyard
