Welcome to our beautifully renovated ground floor apartment in the heart of Fitzroy. This stylish 2-bedroom apartment offers a spacious living & dining area, a stunning kitchen & ultra cool bathroom. Step outside to the inviting balcony and courtyard, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, you'll be just moments away from trendy cafes, boutique shops, and the lively atmosphere of Fitzroy. Experience comfort and convenience in this delightful urban retreat.

Located between the bustling Brunswick Street and the serene Carlton Gardens, this apartment offers the perfect blend of urban convenience and tranquil living.

We provide a parking permit for your use however there is no parking available on-site. The wall mounted TV in the living area does not have free to air TV but you can sign in via your apps.  
  
Prime Location: Just meters from Brunswick Street's bars, eateries, and supermarkets, and close to Carlton Gardens. Easy access to Brunswick and Nicholson Street trams for direct CBD access.

You will have access to the entire property apart from one locked side of a built in robe.

Fitzroy is an inner suburb of Melbourne only 3 kms north-east of the CBD. It is known as a cultural hub particularly for its live music scene, fantastic shops, cafes and pubs.  
  
Fitzroy's curious and cool bars, independent retailers, traditional pubs, restaurants, cafes and live music are scattered all over the neighbourhood grid. Sample life like a local on a wander from Brunswick Street to Gertrude, along to Smith, and up to Johnston Street.  
  
Sip coffee at Marios and browse books at Brunswick Street Bookstore. Meat-free Mondays make sense at Transformer and old-hand the Vegie Bar. In the back streets, bag a quality brew and local roast at Industry Beans or a pastry from Lune Croissanterie – the latter is regarded by The New York Times as the creator of some of the best croissants in the world.   
  
Get yourself to Gertrude Street for Andrew McConnell's menus at Cutler & Co. and Marion. Head to Belles Hot Chicken, or Archie's All Day for tasty quick bites. Shop for local designer threads and artisan goods along the way.  
  
Savour late night cocktails at The Black Pearl or a local ale at the Napier Hotel. Go for grunge along Smith Street with bands and DJs at Yah Yah's and Kent Street. Grab a gin-and-jaffle supper at Bad Frankie.

You don't need a car to explore Fitzroy, best done on foot or catch a tram if you want to explore further. You are booking an entire 2 bedroom apartment in a large block however you can enter through a private courtyard so it feels like it is a stand alone space  
This is a very quiet block so no visitors or loud noise.  
  
There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.  
  
Please note: We don't allow check ins or check outs on some public holidays due to cleaners availability, if you try and choose this option it will say host unavailable on the calendar.
