Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex which is almost across the road.
An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which Melbourne is renowned for.
Perched high up on the 10th floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 6, with 2 guests on a comfy double sized sofa bed. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.
The buidling has its own gym, spa, sauna and indoor heated swimming pool which is available for your use.
The price quoted is based upon 4 guests there are extra charges per guest after 4.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is provided within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

Great stay at Exclusive Stays

We couldn't stay at this property as someone had parked in our car spot.
We were put up at Wrap instead which was nice, but I cannot give a review for this property as we didn't stay there due to someone taking our car park. Tony was fantastic and re-located us with no effort.

Excellent property, excellent location
We recently stayed in this property with some friends and their young children. Tony is to be commended for his fantastic level of customer service, which made our stay enjoyable and free of any stress. The property was immaculately presented and comes with optional extras such as high chairs and portacots to make life easier for travelers. Very close to the CBD and other tourist landmarks as well as small shops to buy groceries.

Loved it!
We loved our stay at Yarra Condos. We were there for the AFL grand final and the location was perfect. Close enough to Southbank to get there in a quick stroll but also far enough to be secluded. We had 2 couples stay and it was nice and roomy. Tony was the perfect host!

Location, location, location.
Our recent stay at this property was outstanding. The owner met us on arrival and was very friendly, helpful and informative. The property was in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of many of Melbourne's premier attractions. I would certainly stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great rooms and excellent service.
We really enjoyed our stay and everything was what we hoped and he service was excellent. We were greeted with the keys, run down of the building and facilities then we enjoyed our time. Very convenient and short walk to the river and Southbank.

Fantastic unit!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice and close to Southbank with a short 5 minute walk, clean and tidy and the handover of keys was really easy.

Just Perfect!
I have stayed at this apartment before and it seems to only get better. Apart from the awesome central location and views, I noted the apartment has been refreshed with new carpet and paint. Felt like a brand new one! Tony was ever so helpful once again. Nothing seems to be too difficult for him. I will certainly be back (again)!

Great Spacious Apartment
stayed with friends from interstate. met by tony at the car park who then showed us up to the apartment. he gave directions to southbank (5minutes), supermarket (2minutes) ect. very spacious, clean, bright, everything you need, great location, quiet secure building. had a great stay, will definitely be back.

great weekend away
we really enjoyed our stay at yarra condo's, it was in good walking distance from crown casino. the carpet needs a clean and the shower door was broken, which i have been told is now fixed, but apart from that we had a great weekend. Tony is great to deal with and really helpful
