Host was easy to communicate with, and the house was exactly as described. Lovely sitting room with books and blankets, eat-in kitchen, and bedrooms with good closets. Bathroom has lovely light and a washer and dryer with a clothesline outdoors. Such a great location with cafes and restaurants, easy walk to Univ of Melbourne and to downtown.
