Surrey Hills is a safe and convenient suburb with several options of public transport to the CBD . A short drive to Boxhill Central with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. Close to PLC, Deakin University TAFE. Take a bus to Chadstone or the Boxhill Hospital out the front. Comfortable, cozy 2 bedroom unit in a safe suburb of Melbourne, 12 kms to the CBD, directly opposite beautiful Wattle Park with gas barbecue,walking tracks,playground and the local public golf course. On street free parking is available. Tram no 70, out the front, is a direct line to the CBD. Alternatively, hop off down the road at Riversdale Station & take the train.

2 separate bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom for your convenience.
