« 今回は2回目ですが、新館のお部屋にグレードアップして下さってました。とても快適で過ごせました。ただ、6時半の朝食で予約していたのですが、時間になっても用意できておらず人が足りなかったのかバタバタされていて、10分遅れくらいでやっと着席できました。 取りに行ける食事が並んでもトングや菜箸がなかったりと、とても残念でした。帰りのフロントスタッフの女性もとても事務的で残念でした。 »

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, le meilleur de toutes nos vacances au Japon. L’hotel est magnifique et récent. Notre chambre était très belle, spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le lounge. Les plats étaient délicieux et de qualité. Un grand merci à Antonio, le responsable du lounge, pour son professionnalisme. Il nous a même conseillé des restaurants pour la suite de notre voyage. "
