« Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, une mention spéciale au personnel tellement bien veillant , à l’écoute et coopératif . Très reconnaissante à Abou Ahmad, Moussa, Abd Errahman, le chauffeur de la navette Sajed qui a été très flexible en nous attendant à chaque fois après la sortie du Masjed Nabawi étant donné que mes parents ne marchent pas vite . Papa a oublié ses stylos d’insuline à l’hôtel , l’un des employés ( je n’ai malheureusement pas demandé son prénom ) nous les a apporté à la gare de...

« The place was nice overall, but the iron and washing machine feel very outdated—like 1980s technology (we had the same ones when I was a kid!). There are modern top-loading washing machines available now that are much better, more user-friendly for guests, and actually cheaper than the current one. A steam iron would also be a great upgrade. Need taxi to get,nothing close. »

« Il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel, mais d’appartements meublés proposés à la location. De plus, l’établissement est situé loin du centre-ville et souffre de nuisances sonores très importantes en raison de travaux de construction dans l’immeuble voisin. Une adresse que je déconseille vivement. »
