"Room was clean, pool was huge! Has a hot tub"

"It looked like there had been some recent changes for the better. One thing missing in the bathroom was a towel bar. The faucet was interesting but it splashed a lot and the towel laying on the sink got pretty wet. Staff was very accomodating in giving us clean towels whenever we asked. I appreciated having a hair dryer so I didn't have to pack one. Microwave and mini-fridge were very helpful, too. I think the smoke alarm on the ceiling was missing it's battery but it might have been hard wired. Air conditioner was a little hard to control, but we managed okay. Overall our stay was quite pleasant."

The house itself was just as impressive: well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to unwind.We especially appreciated the large windows and outdoor areas that made it easy to take in the lake views throughout the day. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. It’s clear the hosts put care into making sure guests feel welcome. The host was excellent-friendly and responsive and easy to communicate with from booking through the checkout, which made the entire experience, smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing lake retreat!"

"When I arrived it was only one staff who was over worked. You could see that he was overwhelmed. When I checked in got into to my room it wasn't cleaned, bedding on the floor no trash bags in the trash cans the room a mess. Then when I reported it was more like "let me see if I can upgrade you, the upgrade was going to be a single and a roll bed- not an upgrade!"
