Fantastic Stay in Laureles Highly Recommend! This is an ideal place to stay for anyone visiting Medellin. The location in the Laureles neighborhood is perfect, it's a quiet and safe area, but still just a short walk from the vibrant Calle 70 with all its restaurants and nightlife.

Nice little hotel in the safe neighborhood. The Good bits: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooftop restaurant. Good breakfast. Safe area with lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk (especially the restaurant opposite). About 15 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. The Not-so Good bits: the room (207) was a little sparse with no bedside lamps - just the main light - which made it quite bright and stark. Also, the bathroom was small and poorly designed (the light switch was behind the door, so you had to go in and close the door, then fumble around in the dark for the switch). The rooftop terrace was nice, but didn't open until 8pm. It would have been nice if it opened earlier. We would probably stay here again if we ever returned to Medellin, but would ask for a different room and hope it might be better.

Spent 4 nights, good location near Ave 70 short walk to laureles park. Friendly staff . Room was small especially the Banos. Not made for a tall or large person. Bed was ok. My room faced the street and the noise in the morning was annoying. Not bad for a short stay. Coffee and bakery next door.
