« Fantastic home. Fantastic amenities. The size of the house was awesome and the pool-hot tub area is very well done. One small thing: in a perfect world, it would have been nice to have a tv or two in the bedrooms, but overall, my stay was great! Highly recommend. »

« We weren’t able to make our stay ,due to an unforeseen unfortunate situation that accrued the day/evening before leaving, the host was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and work with, thru out or talks. We will be planning to revisit and rebook this home probably june 2026 as I look for our new home/residence in Florida. »

« Loved this quiet and spacious property! With a yummy donut place across the street and lots of outside space, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Hosts were very responsive, even with a question we had late in the evening. Safe and quiet, but close to activities and dining. »

« We stayed in Gainesville during July 4th and needed to book a place that would accommodate not only my husband and me, but also our little pup-pups. As I was also going to UF SHands (just a few minutes away) - it was perfect. It was well appointed and clean. The neighbors were also SO NICE - especially as I had just come out of surgery and part of a tree fell, and they rushed out and took care of it and told me not to do anything! « Lauren and Dylan were great and very responsive. The house was perfect—clean and in a great area. The kids had fun in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed all the games. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. »

« The property was not that difficult to find, although it is off a rather bumpy dirt road. But there's a gate to the property, and you really do feel like you're in your own private oasis. The cottage is small, but with two bedrooms, there's enough space to spread out if your party is small. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The internet and TVs worked perfectly, as did the appliances. I didn't spend much time outside, so I won't comment on the amenities there, but they looked fine. Overall,...
