This luxurious and modern urbanization is located in none other than Marbella Sierra Blanca, an idyllic setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens, lush vegetation and a mountain that you can see at all times, thanks to the panoramic views offered by the property. The proximity to the golden sandy beaches and crystal clear water of Marbella is just one of the many advantages of the area; beaches that, for sure, will not disappoint you. From Fontanilla Beach, located 5 minutes away by car, or Nagüeles Beach, less than 10 minutes away, also by car, to Venús Beach or Cable Beach, a little further away than the previous ones, but no more than 20 minutes. Although, if what you want is to enjoy the sea of the coast, you can not miss a visit to the Marina of Marbella, where, in addition to the sea and the beaches, you can enjoy multiple restaurants and bars that, together with many of those that are around the property, such as La Terraza de Sierra Blanca, just 2 minutes by car, or the Restaurant La Virginia or the Bar Restaurant A7, less than 5, will make your palate will be totally dazzled with Mediterranean cuisine. The second, on the other hand, is made up of two single beds and also has plenty of light thanks to an elongated vertical window. Finally, at your disposal you will find a nice bathroom, decorated with round tiles in different shades of brown, with a large shower and fully equipped with sink, toilet and clean towels. As for the urbanization, El Vivero is a gated residential community with a communal swimming pool, open from 12:00 to 20:00 and also accessible to children, under 6 years old and between 6 and 14 years old, who do not know how to swim, with the company of an adult.
