This home boasts the most spectacular open water views Marathon has to offer! \*This home is on direct open water and does not provide protection for your boat if it's windy. Your boat will be subject to the elements being docked here. Only thing that didn’t make sense was having to go the company that manages the property to pick up a folder that had instructions on the property ( that were in the house also) and the key code to get into the property. They have everything you could want or need there for you. We loved sitting on the deck and having coffee watching the sunrise. The only thing we were slightly surprised with is part of the checkout. You have to do the normal dishes, take out trash & leave things nice but then they want you to have the towels washed and then strip the beds and start the wash and they charge several hundred for a cleaning fee.
