This family-friendly home also grants you access to a shared, heated swimming pool - exactly what you need to cool off on hot summer days. Unwind in the living area after a day spent strolling around the area and watch your favorite shows on the large TV.

Manatee Manor boasts a prime location in the dreamy Middle Keys. You'll be a short 22-mile drive from Islamorada and 39 miles from Key Largo. Visit the Dolphin Research Center (three miles), which is home to several dolphins and California sea lions. For even more family-friendly fun, drive 10 miles to Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, where you can try your hand at diving, snorkeling, and feeding activities.

Things to Know
This home only allows minimum stays of 28 nights or longer. This is enforced by the county and we cannot make any exceptions.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras in the carport and facing the dock area.

Dock details: 30 foot for each side to use
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
