Whether you're an avid golfer, fisherman ( we have got ya covered with a Commercial Ice Machine and Bait Freezer ), or yachtsman looking for deep water protected dockage for your vessel, this is the place for you. Conveniently located across the street from Marathon Country Club and less then a mile from 2 Major Grocery Stores, Bars, Restaurants, shopping and much more; we guarantee your going to love this well appointed home. Sombrero Beach is 2 miles away and Kayak Adventures start at your dock. You can rent Kayaks, Bikes, Paddle Boards and More an have them delivered and picked up at your door. This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath beautiful home is located on a large private lot in a nice quiet neighborhood. If you love to walk or exercise we have the bike/walking path on Sombrero Beach Road and Keys Fitness Center and Deli close by also.
