Unfortunately, when we got there the pool was freezing The next day, unannounced. a crew came to replace the pool heater. It was not until Thursday morning, our check out day (at 10 am) that it was warm enough to go in . Unfortunately, the children, so persistent, tried swimming and playing while freezing. I'm sure someone knew of this problem. Also the barbecue was FILTHY, We spent over an hour trying to get it clean without proper supplies. The only bad experience was the cleanliness inside of home. Some kitchen tools were not clean we had to wash most of the kitchen items. Towels didnt smell clean and 1 bathroom there was a towel just thrown in bathtub. Went to make coffee and there was still coffee grounds from previous guest. When I called about additional trash bags beyond the ones in the cans when we arrived, I was told we, the renters, were responsible. Also no additional toilet paper beyond the rolls in use on arrival. Seems pretty tacky for the price they're asking. The property and house are nice but the vibe is it's there to make money. Maybe too many bachelor/bachelorette parties have affected this rental. Signs throughout property explain how renter is responsible for damages. Pool had a scum build up toward the end and that was cleaned promptly, but without great communication. Beds and pillows not very comfortable (mix of very firm and very soft). Kitchen supplies left something to be desired (only a few wine glasses, no pint glasses, no tongs). Property management company silent on partial refund despite rental during COVID gathering restrictions after several inquiries. ##### Vann B. The large yard, the pool, hot tub, and pool table were all very nice. I also enjoyed sitting on the deck while sipping on a nice cup of coffee.
