« I had a group of 16 staying at the lodge and we all absolutely loved it! The facility was lovely and the rooms were very nice. The staff especially are very welcoming and kind. Best experience was walking out of the restaurant after dinner and seeing an elephant standing in the middle of the path. 10/10 would recommend! »

« No hot water, no working internet, they say they have internet and hot water for showers but it never works. I could barely lock my room, no working tv, lights in bathroom did not work, curtains falling out of wall. Everyone of these issues was brought to management the first three days and nothing was done. I stopped complaining. Upon checking out they refused to give a receipt of my expenses just said I had to trust them and pat the bill. I expect a partial refund as I had to pay between 10-...
