The location is great , the staff is excellent and very helpful, helped us booked palace ticket , museum tickets also helped to get a taxi for us when my uber price is ridiculous to go train station . We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a room with a king bed, and robes and slippers were provided, which was a nice touch. Everything felt modern, well maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was also good, although it was mostly the same each day, with standard options like pancakes, eggs, and other typical breakfast items. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
