The bathroom is divided into two areas: one with the toilet and sink, and another with a spacious shower. There’s also a small pantry accessible through the bathroom for added convenience.

The apartment is located on the first floor, at street level, with direct access from the street.

The studio is open-concept (no door or partition), and all rooms except the bathroom are in the same space. The only room with a door is the bathroom.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating. The heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.

For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary cleaning and linen change will be provided.
For stays shorter than 7 days, guests can request an additional cleaning service for an extra fee, subject to availability
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left tidy; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or no clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
