Welcome to "Shea Chalet", the perfect place to kick back and relax on your next well-deserved, and most likely overdue vacation!

This charming chalet offers sleeping for up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a great open concept design with seamless flow from the kitchen, dining area and living room and straight out to the back yard.

The main level of this home greets you with beautiful post and beam ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, single serve and 12 cup coffee maker, dining area with seating for 6 and breakfast bar with seating for 3, living room with cozy wood stove and slider doors that lead out to the porch over looking the wooded back yard. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with queen bed and a full bath with combination tub/shower.

The lower level is accessed by spiral staircase. Here you will find a small seating area with futon, bedroom with queen bed and twin bunk bed, bedroom with twin bunk bed with washing machine and dryer and a separate half bath.

This chalet offers great outdoor space on the front deck with seating and gas fire pit and back porch that looks out to the wooded back yard with wood burning fire pit area (permit required). If summer fun near the beach is what you are looking for, this property is conveniently located within walking distance to Boulder Beach and Eidelweiss beach!

This hidden gem is sure to make your next Valley vacation a memorable one! Minutes from beaches, the Kancamagus Highway, North Conway, tax free shopping, hiking trails, restaurants and so much more!

LAYOUT:

Main Level: Open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom with queen bed and full bath (combination tub/shower).

Second Level: Sitting area with futon, bedroom with queen bed and twin bunk bed, bedroom with twin bunk bed and half bath.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet, flat screen TVs, outdoor gas fire pit, wood burning fire pit (permit required), mini-split A/C units and a 2 person kayak.

Available for weekend and weekly rentals during the Spring and Fall, weekly rentals in the Summer. Monthly rentals also considered, please contact us for details.

Charming chalet near lake, great location
My husband, children, and I were all charmed by the cottage surrounded by trees and Edelweiss village, full of cute chalet cottages and a lovely lake. It is close to North Conway and many hiking destinations. We had a lot of rainy days during our stay, but enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable living room and playing games which were thoughtfully left. Having food allergies and a dog, it is hard to eat out for us, we found the kitchen well supplied and even included baking trays and pie dishes. Tricia was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions. A very enjoyable stay!!

Awesome stay!
I rented this house for my family who were in town for my wedding. The host was phenomenally responsive and checked in several times to make sure they had everything they needed. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well stocked with everything one could need. They had no complaints said their stay was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Great getaway with our dog
Everything was as pictured and the house exceeded our expectations. Host thought of everything. House was very clean and cozy, we would definitely love to go back. Walking distance to a small beach. North Conway is a very dog friendly town and Whitaker Woods park is a great place to bring dogs with lots of trails.

A perfect spot!
My family of six and the dog skied Wildcat for two days and this was the perfect place! Communication with Tricia was excellent and the home had every detail covered from being superbly clean with a well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms and bedrooms and a great wood stove in the family room. We had such a good times, our teenage kids even put down their phones for some good games and family chatter. We will definitely be back!

Great Ski house
We had a great experience renting this home for 2 weeks while we spent our days skiing and doing outdoor activities. Our kids are 4 and 6 and everyone had a great time. The location is lovely and easy to get to king pine and North Conway. The house had everything we needed. The mud room housed all our winter gear and had a vent that blew hot air to dry out everything and make them toasty! We would stay here again. Our kids really want to come back so they can see what it’s like in the summer!

Just Perfect!
This place was perfect! The house was so cozy and welcoming. All of the appliances were brand new. We even used the wood stove And fire pits which made the evening even better. The location was on point we were close to everything that we had planned for the White Mountains. We will definitely be back next summer with our family and Dog.

Wonderful relaxing stay
We had a great one week vacation in this cottage. Tricia was not only very responsive and helpful with information but also secured the front balcony with new slates when she heard that we would be coming with three toddlers. The house has a wonderful first floor with living room, kitchen and master bedroom. We felt at home from the beginning. The area has a lot to offer for all age groups. Franconia Notch and the White Mountain Forest are wonderful and North Conway has a lot to offer for rainy days that which we luckily have not had. We are already thinking about returning to the area.

Outdoor lovers take note
This charming chalet offers families incredible access to the White mountains and to Conway’s amenities. It sits in a family friendly enclave with three ponds - each offering a small beach and the opportunity to cool off with a refreshing swim. The property owner was responsive, a wealth of information, and incredibly thoughtful.

Sweet spot!
Had a nice 2 night stay mid August '20, pond with a sandy beach was a 3 minute walk away, another different kind with a sandy beach and a basketball court was a 10 minute walk the other way. Nice little neighborhood, super quiet, clear skies could see thousands of stars. The house was super cozy, spiral staircase was a neat thing to find inside although the dog wasn't really a fan of it. It was nice and clean when we got there, also had brand new appliances throughout the kitchen and every utensil and cookware you could think of was in the cabinets. 10/10 will stay again, maybe this time in the winter.
