« Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed! »

« The house is beginning to show its age. Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre. »

« This was a very practical spot for a family gathering. The pool was an asset with the children. Large enough for visitors to drop in. Quiet area. I can recommend the ferry for a look around the area. »

« Due to the passing of my father, we needed a property that could accommodate 5 people and in turn have sufficient space to host his wake. The cottage has a great outdoor covered deck which provided ample space for our family and friends to mingle. The property is very centrally located which was also handy. »

« Very nice place to stay, and great for kids too with a large pool, and games room. Our villa had a covered parking area (carport) and the villa itself was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. No phone reception for anyone in our group really (Telstra and Optus) and a shame the WiFi didn't work properly at our area of the park, especially when indoors at night. Would definitely stay again! »
