« When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. « No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one".
