Not much extravagance here - just a clean place with new beds, mattresses and linens to get a good night's rest while staying in Lubbock. We do the cleaning ourselves. The driveway can accommodate two vehicles, and street parking is also available. Plenty of front yard and back yard space for family activities. Please be aware that, due to the Lubbock's 9% County & City Hotel Occupancy Tax not billed when instantly booking, this HOT tax is billed separately. Feel free to send an inquiry if any questions. Due to us needing to travel South of Lubbock, we wanted something close to Interstate 27\. The house was a clean, nice house and the neighborhood was very quiet. Our Host, Carlos, was very accommodating and thoughtful. He sent a text to make sure we were able to access the house and let us know if we need anything to let him know.
