The host offered to allow us an hour early check-in which was amazing because we were in-between houses. Ours had sold. The backyard was perfect for our dog and younger kids. The house is located just inside the loop so it’s easy to get to anyplace in Lubbock. The neighborhood is well established and quiet. The house, however, needs end tables in the living room to place drinks on. There needs to be more than two chairs on the patio. There were a lot of places that need painting especially interior doors. The fence around the backyard is in terrible shape. All that said, we would stay there again. Also, I just want to reiterate that there is a small tear on one of the sofa cushions that was there when we arrived. We did not cause that damage. ##### Joseph P. The adapter in the cabinet didn't fit. Like I said that is a minor problem. The water temperature was difficult to regulate in the showers. We would consider using this property again . ##### Mary M.
