"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"As the previous reviewer noted, the apartment we stayed in was not the one listed -- that apartment is on the first floor -- but our apartment (on the top floor) had the most amazing view. There was a large balcony that looked out onto the ocean, and my friend and I spent almost all of our time, when we weren't sleeping, out on the balcony. "Nikki(Nickie) was very kind and helpful with all that we needed. The Inn was very relaxing especially the pool and the garden area. I would suggest spraying for mosquitoes outside and inside, or provide mosquito coils. Amenities were sufficient for our needs, although there are some appliances that need replacing. Overall we will return in the future. "

"We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993\. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later. "

"Fantastic place. Right on water with all rooms on/facing beach which is on small cove with jacks and boast as well as direct access to glass bottom boat rides (for hire) right across bay from Little Tobago and Goat Islands. Staff are really wonderful- from front desk to bar and restaurant to housekeeping and pool as beach maintenance. Food was great and it felt comfortable and like I was at home and not a hotel. A wonderful experience for my week stay."
