Caren and David were warm, gracious hosts who went above and beyond accomodating our e-bikes and sharing their private studio apartment, beautiful gardens and insights into a truly unique neighborhood. If you like architecture and urban design, this is the place! Wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, parks and a French bakery within easy walking distance. A perfect stay!! »

« Cool funky historic home. Went out to spend some time with our son who rents a room, great place for us to stay together. Nice outdoor sitting areas, and dog safe privacy fence. We gave my son the upstairs master suite, so we also had privacy when not together in the very nice family and kitchen spaces. Our walk to the Pumphouse was shorter than people that drove. Highly recommend. »

« Our family stayed at Brian's house to attend my sons graduation in Boulder. It was a 30 min drive to the campus and the downtown Boulder area. We were out and about most of the time but enjoyed having a nice home base. The house was easy to access, in a nice residential neighborhood and had a good layout for a group. It met our needs and we appreciated the use of a kitchen with enough cookware and some spices to make dinner! Didn't have time to explore downtown Longmont. Next time! Thanks Brian. »

« This was a great central location for our weekend mountain adventures in Pleasant Valley, Estes Park, and Boulder. The rooms were very clean, although there is a bit of maintenance that needs to be done to a few things to make it even better. It fit our family of 4 well without any frills. While there was noise from upstairs, it usually wasn’t bad. The hot tub was a wonderful touch after full days of outdoor adventures! »
