This charming 38m2 studio is on the 3rd floor with stairs access (no lift) and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and cosy space featuring a convertible sofa bed, a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, an armchair, a TV to watch all their favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Lancaster Gate, situated in the Westminster borough of London, is an elegant and picturesque neighbourhood. Known for its stunning Victorian architecture, beautiful garden squares, and proximity to Hyde Park, Lancaster Gate offers a mix of tranquillity and accessibility. The area is well-connected, making it easy to explore the vibrant cultural scene of London while enjoying the charm of this residential enclave. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Paddington, is just a 4-minute walk. Heathrow Airport is a 39-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
