« Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe, nous avons obtenu une chambre standard, nous avons alors exigé de changer, aucune chambre de luxe n'était disponible. Le lendemain, après avoir demandé à nouveau, nous avons obtenu la chambre réservée. « A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year. »

« Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, für Spaziergänge optimal. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist 24 Stunden vor Ort und sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen. »
