"We really enjoyed our stay! The Hosts were extremely courtesy and welcoming! They gave us a nice tour of the place when we arrived. Our younger kids enjoyed the trampoline that was available as well. The only thing we didn't realize was that the linens were an extra charge as the listing said they were provided. Other than the communication was excellent! We would happily stay there again if in the area. Thanks for allowing us to make memories at your Gite!"

"This delightful house is set in an small historic town located in a central part of the Loire, on the river Cher. From here we could explore the Loire Valley itself, the Solonge, and Berry. The cottage was comfortable, warm and suited our needs as a couple. Deborah provided easy instructions and a warm greeting when we arrived. St Aignan has enough facilities, including food options. "We only booked last minute and were lucky that we could stay here as it’s normally fully booked. And we got why! It’s a wonderful area with a lovely house. Very clean and modern on the inside and beautiful on the outside. The pool is lovely and the view from the pool is just amazing. Alain and Marie where very helpful and kind. The building is well maintained, historic, and quiet. The location is excellent for accessing chateaus, biking trails, markets, and restaurants. "Petit gîte idéal si l'on souhaite se ressourcer car très calme. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce : attention aux escaliers qui sont très, très raides. Pas idéal donc avec des personnes âgées et des enfants en bas âge. L'annonce indique 4 personnes max et effectivement je trouve que 4 personnes c'est un maximum pour profiter agréablement du gîte. Juste un petit point "faible" auquel je m'attendais un peu compte tenu du type de bâtisse (murs épais et anciens) : une odeur d'humidité était assez...
