« Seul intérêt : à pied du stade d’Anfield. Tout le reste est catastrophique ! Comment appeler cet endroit un hôtel ? Pas de réception, un patron sympathique mais c’est le seul point positif. Chambre supérieure au dernier étage : propreté moyenne, porte qui ouvre difficilement, tv en panne, petit filet d’eau chaude pour la douche, papier toilette posé sur le palier, radiateur éteint à allumer à votre arrivée (donc chambre froide), velux trop haut donc aucune lumière du jour, etc... et le pompom :...

« Chambre familiale très grande, on s'attendait à un lit sur la mezzanine, mais en fait, c'est une vraie suite parentale à l'étage. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants, c'était parfait. Personnel très aimable avec de bonnes recommandations. Un service petit déjeuner serait bienvenu et plus facile à gérer avec des enfants, mais nous avons trouvé de quoi faire dans la rue. Super séjour, merci »

« Great stay in Abbey Field. The room was big with a bathroom. We were with three people and the room only had one double bed. I contacten the owner and hé arrangeur a third bed very quickly-great service. Very close to bus stop into the center. All in all a great stay and would definately stay there again. »

« Stayed here 2 years ago and gave it 8/10. The property has dilapidated a lot since, particularly the corridors and stair cases. The worst things about our stay was the state of the en suit bathroom, which was absolutely filthy. The toilet rim was covered with a black substance so had to clean it ourselves - no idea what it was (the pic was after flushing twice). And the toilet seat was loose. Hairs were everywhere and the shower cubicle hadn't been cleaned for a long while so wasn't used. And...

« Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading. »

« Aparthotel well located in the heart of Liverpool, close to waterfront and train station. Very secure on a busy central street with nearby restaurants. Clean and comfortable room, well equipped. »

« If you want somewhere that bit more chilled and off the main party zones this is the one for you. Great service, the place was immaculate, everything you could possibly need in the apt. Could not have asked for more and friendly Liverpudlian at reception. Chinese, desert shop, Turkish and supermarkets all at your door step. I e will definitely be back again! »
