« This hotel was an absolutely wonderful place to stay at while visiting Kaohsiung. The hotel felt very new with modern finishes and amenities. Water, juice and coffee are all free on the first floor. There’s a laundry room, gym room with 2 pieces of equipment, a dining room and men’s/women’s hot tubs. Our room was super spacious and had plenty of room to walk, store our luggage and avoid elbowing each other like in smaller hotels. Highly recommend staying here in you’re ever in Kaohsiung! »

« Very nice hotel with a lovely, clean, and modern room. It is on a short walking distance (10-15m) from both Central Park and Formosa Boulevard, as well as the Liuhe night market, and the area feels safe at night. The only thing I had a bit of trouble with was the very bright airconditioning display at night, but I put a small bit of cardboard in front of it with washi tape in the end and that did the trick. I have no doubt the staff would have been able to help, as they were very kind. They also...

« Proche de l'aéroport pour un départ tôt le matin. Malheureusement, la voiture qui d'autre la navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel n'est en servi e qu'à partir de 07:00\. Donc 20 minutes de marche jusqu'au terminal international. Le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas lors de mon séjour. Chambre raisonnable et propre, literie de mauvaise qualité. »

"I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was declared full on the day of my arrival. I would like to say to those responsible that if they have one or more rooms that are unsanitary, they should not rent them out until they have done the necessary work. It's a matter of respect for customers who haven't paid for substandard and unsafe service in terms of hygiene."
