The non conforming room that is currently being used for a bedroom is the room intended for a utility room. This home has Solar, windmill or generator for power. Beautiful wrap around deck on front and side of home, the wood work and custom design through out the home is stunning. Firepit, nice side and front yard area, circular driveway, 6 miles to Hwy 200\. Enjoy the approx., 250 miles of groomed snowmobile trails, offering incredible access to some of the finest fishing and outdoor recreation in the area!
