"I enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel and its historical touches. The food at the restaurant was excellent. My suggestion would be to have vending machines that use credit cards, as many people no longer carry cash. It was disappointing, when looking for an evening snack, to not be able to access them because I didn’t have cash on hand."

"Check in staff member was very pleasant and it was quick and easy. Halls and rooms are dark and it is an older building. We had a room with a pull out sofa. There were no sheets/ blankets however they brought some no problem but the blanket was just a thin fleece one which wasn’t great. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that we couldn’t use it, needs to be replaced. Parking garage was great but a tad pricey. Breakfast was great! The banana muffins were delicious, lots of fresh fruit and the hash browns were really good. Hats off to the folks preparing the food as it was all well down and presented nicely! If you wanted bacon or sausage you had to pay for that however there were enough options without. The seating area was really nice also. Overall the stay was good with the breakfast being the highlight. "
