"I had no issues from check in to check out. All staff are friendly. Food was good and fresh, even the grab-and-go, as well. Children enjoyed the pool. Easy access to several restaurants, bars, Tim Hortonss, pubs etc. Boardwalk was a quick 5 to 7 min walk. Where you can spend hours. Would definately book again🙂"
"The staff is amazing. Everyone of them went above and beyond. Could not do enough for us. Only downside was limited places to store clothing etc. no cupboards or closets. Just hangers beside the tv. Would have been ok for one or two nights. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Not in the most convenient area. "
"Great location, next to cidatel hill, just this peroid have many construction and road blocked around, better ask for the direction of the garage before if you are drive your vehicle."
"The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled by Air Canada. We were very grateful for the manager’s rate we were offered as a courtesy for the disruption even though it had nothing to do with the hotel!"
"While I only had breakfast in the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were very nice and polite.
The room was very spacious and quiet with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. "
