"Only one elevator worked in building, waiting for elevator took 5-7minutes every trip. Breakfast area was open 6:30-9:30; but the staff stopped replenishing food at 8:50, both mornings. By 9:10 no bagels, bread, pancake mix, eggs, sausage or fruit was available. "

"I booked a reservation through Hotels.com but mistakenly selected the wrong date (4/1 instead of 3/31). We realized the error when my technician attempted to check in. The reservation had been made only about four hours prior to his arrival. When we contacted the front desk to request a correction, the clerk refused to accommodate the change, stating that 24 hours’ notice was required. Meanwhile, Hotels.com spent over 45 minutes attempting to call the front desk, but no one answered. During this time, my technician remained in the lobby for over an hour, waiting in uncomfortable conditions while I coordinated with Hotels.com. He also requested the name of the general manager and the best time to contact him/her but was only handed a business card with the phone number highlighted. The front desk clerk refused to provide the GM’s name or indicate the best time to reach them. At one point, the clerk disappeared entirely and stopped answering calls, only returning when another guest arrived to check in. Ultimately, we were forced to abandon the reservation and book another stay for my technician for the correct night (3/31). This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and based on this incident, I will not be booking with this hotel brand again in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter."

"We had two rooms. Room 512 had a nasty odor. It was very difficult to be in the room, let alone sleep. We kindly explained our situation to the front desk receptionist and she absolutely refused to change our room. We had not used the room or unpacked. She said the best she could do was have the maintenance man 'spray something'. She even told us that the hotel was not full but she could NOT offer us another room. We will never stay at Candlewood Suites again."

"IT glitch meant delays in checking in and obtaining room keys. Other than that, a good stay."

"It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you."

"Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades."
