Manoir du XVIIIème siècle classé Meublé de tourisme 5\*, situé dans un parc entièrement clos pour 4 à 10 personnes. Location de vacances idéalement située sur le carrefour de l'Europe (Suisse, Italie...), à proximité d'Aix-les-Bains, Annecy, Chambéry, Lyon, des lacs et vignobles savoyards, et de la ViaRhôna.  
  
4 chambres spacieuses et de standing, chacune avec sdb privée, coin bureau et TV écrans plats. Service ménage prévu 3 fois par semaine (horaires à déterminer) ;  
Durant le séjour, le ménage est laissé à la discrétion des locataires. Le Manoir doit être rendu dans le même état de propreté qu'il a été trouvé à l'arrivée. Il est non fumeur.   
  
Piscine sécurisée (17x7m) avec plage et fosse de plongée (3,20m), solarium, bains de soleil, douche solaire, cours de tennis et Boulodrome.  
Grande terrasse plein sud et patio ombragé. Plancha à disposition.

L'itinéraire cyclable de la ViaRhona (Genève-Marseille) passe à proximité (2kms). Il est possible d'en parcourir plusieurs tronçons. Le Parc Walibi est à 5mn.   
Nombreux commerces et restaurants, simples ou étoilés.   
Marchés de village chaque semaine avec produits locaux. Commerces de proximité.  
Fromageries directs fabricants. Région viticole, nombreux caveaux de dégustation.  
  
Région de lacs par excellence, Aiguebelette (20mn, lac naturel à 26° l'été), Aix-les-Bains (30mn, plus grand lac naturel de France propice à la baignade et aux sports nautiques (ski nautique, kitesurf, paddle, location de bateaux...), Paladru (30mn, lac isérois avec ses plages). Une base de ski nautique se trouve également à 5mn du Domaine.  
  
En hiver, cocoonez auprès du feu devant un chocolat, puis un plateau de fruits de mer ou un délicieux repas autour d'une table de gala, après avoir visité les nombreux châteaux, monuments et caveaux dont la région regorge, ou après une balade en Chartreuse ou dans le Bugey.
