« Depuis le début, la communication a été très éprouvante. Très sèche. Des coûts supérieurs à ceux annoncés, un ton à la limite d’un employé qui ose poser des questions à son employeur sûr de lui et pédant. Rien ne nous a été facilité. Des coûts excessifs au check-in. "Nous avons passé une nuit lors de notre séjour dans les Pouilles. Le but était de faire une ville par jour sinon nous serions restés tous les jours dans cet hôtel tellement le personnel y est agréable, la déco originale, très propre, literie et douche au top.
