« This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10! »

« Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

« Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We...

« Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay. »

« Always enjoy staying here when visiting our WMU student. Cheaper than a five star and thus, not as up-to-date, but the pool is nice and the breakfast is convenient. Staff are always friendly. »

« It was clean for the most part but don’t look to close cause it definitely needs a deep clean. But then to start it was a busy weekend but I don’t care you know ahead if you are fully booked. They had NO towels and gave us hands towels to use for showers, no pool towels, ran out of TP, and part of the weekend NO breakfast cause they ran out of supplies! We are paying for the amenities so I expect to have them. Go drive to Walmart or call a sister hotel to get more supplies . I’m not usually hard...

« Parking is located in a parking garage across the street from hotel. I was traveling alone and returning to hotel late on a Friday night. I did not feel safe parking in the garage and walking to hotel. »

« First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away.
