Your 2 bedroom lock off condo consists of two adjoining units that provides a total of 1,332 square feet of living and entertaining space. (See photos for the floor plan) It is perfect for sharing with another couple or other family members.

Each fully furnished unit comes complete with
1 King size bed, a cozy Queen Sofa Sleeper,
a total of two separate bathrooms, a separate dining area, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen in one and a kitchenette in the other.

At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. With this in mind, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate. *** Sanitation/Cleaning Update ***
Wyndham resorts have always met the highest standards of cleanliness, and now we are exceeding those standards with enhanced cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures, including the use of hospital-grade, virus-killing products approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

***Wyndham uses a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated.

*** The check- in time is 4 p.m. PST and check out time is 10 a.m. PST.
***The nearest airport to Wyndham Grand Desert is Las Vegas Airport (LAS) which is 2 miles by car respectively.
***Auxiliary parking is provided to guests for one vehicle (i.e., whether it may be a SUV, van, or motorcycle), free of charge.
***No pets allowed.
***No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.
***Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

pool lift.

Some suites include wider than typical interior doorways, all doors have lever handles, counter-height microwave, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, raised toilet (higher than typical suites), first floor handicap accessible access or Braille signage for room numbers.
Some units include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert or closed captioned TV.
