    Beach house(2BR) w/ tub, pool, jacuzzi close to Strip & Downtown

    Welcome to the most unique beach house in Las Vegas. 10 miles to The Strip, 5 miles to Fremont St, 12 miles to Red Rock Canyon, centrally located to all interstates as well as in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Private parking, heated beach pool/jacuzzi ($80/night) prefect for families/friends getaway. Please note it’s a detached guest house. Maximum sleep 4 adults and 2 little kids, after 2nd guest is $30/person.

    For hygiene purpose, please bring your own bottled water and ice.

    ‼️‼️ VERY IMPORTANT‼️‼️

    📌 No party! No smoking in the house!
    📌 Security deposit will be taken away if we find out there is any house party occur during the stay.
    📌 If you are bring pets, keep them away from pool and beds.
    📌 Please do not have AC on with doors/windows open.
    📌 Please do not flush anything down the toilets.
    📌Our neighbor has roosters, if you are sensitive to the crawling, please don't complain.

    This was hands down the best b&b I’ve stayed at. I’m not a huge fan of Vegas but for a quick getaway this place makes you feel like you are truly on vacation somewhere else. The entire setup is absolutely perfect. It was exceptionally clean and my standards for clean are hard to meet. Lyn was absolutely great to work with and she made the entire process effortless. This is officially my new favorite getaway and I can’t wait to go back

    Business/Pleasure Trip to Vegas
    This is the first time that I rented a VRBO in Vegas as we have always stayed on the strip. I was a little nervous because I am really unfamiliar with the neighborhoods around the area but hotel rooms were scarce at the time and expensive. I found this and was so pleased! The neighborhood was exactly how it was described. It was a beautiful and safe neighborhood! It was close enough to everything that it didn't take too much time for transit but far enough that we could relax away from work. The hot tub and pool were beautiful and very private, only for the pool house renters. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to questions and issues and fixed them immediately! Would definitely recommend and we are going to keep it on our list for our next visit!

    The Beach House is an excellent choice if you're looking for something that is not too close, but not too far away from everything, with an easy 15-minute drive to the Strip or Fremont Street. The amenities, especially the pool area, were a welcome respite after a day of enjoying everything Las Vegas has to offer. Ample secure parking, including enough room for a 45' RV or trailer, was awesome. Will definitely keep this on the "must visit again" list.

    Like an Awesome Casino Suite with your own Pool
    Was looking for something a little different from my usual Casino Suite. This was like that but better. My own personal pool. And heated. Great for a Late Night Swim. I think this place would be perfect for Two Couples. Its 10 minutes from everything, but kinda nice to be away from the Chaos. Everything you might need as far as Breakfast, Banking and Shopping is a mile away. Great Place and Great Communication. The neighbors have some Chickens, but absolutely couldn't hear them from inside at all. Nice neighborhood, cool place.

    Relaxing Oasis
    This property is amazing! A real hidden gem. The 2 biggest selling points for me were the Tub and the privacy the pool and spa provided. The rental was well stocked and very clean which is always appreciated. The location was also fantastic and close enough to the Strip to enjoy all that Vegas has to offer. Lastly communication with the owner was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location and will be returning in the future.

    HOT Stay in the Desert
    This place is a vibe. A hot vibe! Love the pool, jacuzzi, hot tub and overall design, but disliked being so hot! No central air and the air units we had on high the entire stay and we were still sweating buckets. Thank goodness for the pool. Lots of hidden fees in this stay- early check in, heating the pool & Jacuzzi, etc. Great location not too far from the freeway to get to the strip in a 30 minute drive.
